Hawaiʻi 2025 reminds me of Apple in challenging 1996. So much talent blue & red, genius angels, venture capital, investors, startups, executives, professionals, entry level, students, elders, scientists, artists, poets, musicians, extraordinary culture, magical history, royalty, indigenous valor, teachers, first responders, law enforcement, government leaders, veterans, armed services patriots, heroes, spiritual maturity and battle scars surrounding one 1200 years ancestral place. If we do less of what is destructive, less of what we are not good at, and more of what we are great at, our kids will soar to top with family we have.

Hawaiʻi protecting Hawaiʻi

  • HIGH FIRE ALERT: 2 years ago exactly Canada in 2023 was experiencing August fires on the 8th similar to today Friday's 725 active wildfires (2025). Canada was ablaze. Conditions were ripe for Lahaina. UH Manoa biogeography professor Camilo Mora "left unchecked nonnative grasses turned into wildfire fuel on Maui". Land clearing has made these grasses cover an estimated 25% of Oʻahu. North and South Kohala reporting D2 Severe Drought conditions. D3 Extreme Drought has been reported in areas of Maui, Molokai, and Oʻahu. I recommend we call up the Hawaiʻi Army and Air National Guard this month so we don't lose a moment in the unfortunate case of an ignition. Maui 2 years ago lost 102+ people, over 2000 buildings destroyed.
  • Depicted Sporobolus virginicus native grass thrives in dry conditions, Heteropogon contortus endemic too being replaced by highly flammable invasive species -- Fountain grass (Cenchrus setaceus) and Molasses grass (Melinis minutiflora).
  • By mid-century conservatively Oʻahu due to human impact global warming will be at sea level on average 2-6 degrees Fahrenheit warmer.

  • Cleaning up the Pacific Garbage patch vortex, twice the size of the state of Texas, 40 feet deep, 200 miles offshore of our islands, vortex is a national security threat
    • If the Great Pacific Garbage Patch is such an immediate urgent threat to Hawaii, why haven't we seen other islands in the world over run by plastic in the same way? ANSWER: Honolulu Metropolitan Area meet Henderson Island of the Pitcairn Islands Group 4100 miles southeast. Its the most plastic polluted island on Earth and the source came from the adjacent South Pacific Garbage Patch. It too was settled by the Polynesians in approximately 800 AD.

  • 11.3K cesspools in our federal District 1 effectively dumping 7.3 million gallons of untreated sewage on island daily spread around by the storms (later), instead all buildings need to be connected to proper sewer lines that in turn go to waste treatment facilities before again entering the aquifer
  • Affordable housing by strategic partnerships for linking local housing development with 14 military bases expansion projects and closing the skills gap for children by involving super teachers from big dawg 6 K-12 nations
  • Global sea rise, half of Waikiki gone in 25 years, 18 billion in tourist revenue and 55% of the jobs (hospitality and service sectors) at risk if we don't managed retreat those businesses to higher elevations
